FreelancerXAccount Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your FreelancerX account and all associated personal data, please follow the simple steps below.

⏱️ Processing Time: We process all account deletion requests within 7 working days from receipt.

📋 How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Send an email to freelancerxindia@gmail.com

Step 2: Use the subject line: DELETE ACCOUNT

Step 3: Include your registered email address in the email body

Step 4: Send the email — our team will complete your request within 7 days

We are currently adding a direct 1-click account deletion button inside the mobile app settings. Until then, please use the email method above.

🗂️ What Data Will Be Deleted?

Your profile information (name, bio, skills, portfolio)
Account credentials and login history
Job applications and project proposals
Messages and chat history
Payment records and transaction logs
Any uploaded files, images, and attachments

📌 Data Retention Notice: Certain minimal records may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion solely for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and security auditing. Following this window, all data is permanently purged from our servers.
